Who We Are
This site is run by DigitalEDG, doing business as Digital Edge IQ (“we”, “us”), a web development and digital marketing company based in the United States. What We Collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the project details you write (and any other fields the form asks for). The form is provided by our customer-management (CRM) tool, which stores your submission so we can reply.
- Pick Your Look page: your name, email address, the website styles you pick, and any note you add.
- Free Digital Snapshot: the business and contact details you enter into the Snapshot form, which is provided by a third-party reporting tool (see below).
- Email and phone: anything you send us directly.
Like most websites, our hosting may also keep routine technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How We Use It
We use your information to reply to you, prepare and send your Free Digital Snapshot, discuss your project, and run and secure this site. We do not use it for anything unrelated to those purposes.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide what you asked for:
- The Snapshot tool and our CRM: details you enter in the Free Digital Snapshot form and the contact form are processed by third-party services that build your report, store your message, and help us follow up. Their own privacy practices apply to that data.
- Service providers: companies that host this website and deliver email for us.
- Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Cookies and Similar Technology
This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. The Pick Your Look page saves your picks in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there if you come back; they stay on your device until you clear them. Embedded third-party content, such as the Snapshot form, the contact form, and the live website previews on the Pick Your Look page, may set their own cookies or similar technology under their own policies. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this page.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your messages and project details for as long as we need them to respond to you, work with you, and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your Choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@digitaledgeiq.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive information through our forms.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date below.
